Forgive me.
I may not be one of the "OG's" [if you will] of streetstyle.
But what i do know is ridiculousness when I see it.

Nothing annoys me more than people who throw dime ratings to females just cuz they have a bangin body or just cute in the face. Undeserving 10s in this matter just disgust me and I'm seeing it from even the confirmed elite members of the site. I have a lot of respect for alot of mafukas on here until they start doin sh!t like this. FUELING a b!tch's ego just cuz she look good, rather than actually giving a fair score for what i guess people have seemed to have forgotten what matters most... the OUTFIT!

I literally just witnessed a b!tch post an upload that consisted of 4 random "out and about" pics of which none of them showed more than 30% of her actual outfit. But still she received perfect scores for this upload. And that to me is just retarded. Dont get me wrong; her previous pics are undoubtedly on point, and from what little of the fit that is actually shown in these 4 pics, it can be assumed that it'd be a 10 score. But the fit isnt shown even close to half full in any of them so any rate in that regard can not be deemed reasonable or fairly at all.

Like i said; Im not one of the orignial members of this site. And from the posts im seeing its obvious that she is a well respected member of the site who just hasnt posted anything in a minute. Ok. I get it. you're back. And i can respect that. But for n!ggas to boost this b!tches head and throw dimes at anything she posts is just wrong. All because she is easily considered nothing short of gorgeous.
I just seen this b!tch LITERALLY post a comment saying [and i DO quote]... "did all my boys miss me?".... to my surprise, a n!gga rseponded to that with "we sure did"... her reply to that was "good..."

I wasnt tryna say no names but yes I have called K out on it before. He and I spoke rather briefly yet still professionally about the topic cuz i felt he was fuelin to BaltimorebayB this one time. K-fresh admitted that people [to include hisself] give out 10s undeservingly. Then the baltimorebaybitch started cryin and claiming im too "passionate about the site," then ultimately wanted to delete her account because of it. Like a pussy.

But there are alot of dudes that play their part in this type of ridiculousness. It clearly confirms that rating isnt always about whats fair anymore; not always about the outfits, cuz more often than not, niggas rate with their dick instead of honest judgement. i dont attempt to change anything or make a stand with this thread, because if the OG ass members is participating in this shit then it just confirms that SS is really just hopelessly too far lost to the bafoonery.

But its not my site so its whatever. I was just airin out the politics of the matter.

I cosigned with you Swagg (I'm neutral in the Cherry and Baltimorebay situation. I'm cool with Baltimorebay. She is sweet person). This type of rating started when FaShiionJunKy joined the site. I think it was crazy how many ppl were on her d--k because her shape, not her fashions. I seen girls who on this site criticized my pics or never rate my pics (or other female pics) was on her nuts. I liked around 5-7 of her outfits, but the d--kriding was outta of control. Some of her fits weren't on point, they got 10s. IMO, those fits were like 5-7 on the scale. If she was typical built and had a flat ass, would her "style" would be so amazing than? Many ppl including females were on her nuts because she is thick and had a big booty. Keep it real. It weren't her fashions. Just saying. I thought she had a cute shape, but I didn't kiss her a-- over it. I'm not going to contribute of blowing her head up. As soon as she joined, she got a Member Spotlight. I seen men on here that I thought were fine or built nice, but I wasn't kissing their a--es o on their d---. I'm not hating because I pull daily. Many ppl showed Retro favoritism, but at least her hair and shoes were always on point. I'm not a hater, I'm throwing my two cent. I noticed females on this site only want to say something to me when a fit of mines is kindly off or lil too basic, but never say sh-- when one of my fits is all the way on point. Hey, what a coincidence, I noticed that. Some of ya might not like me after this post, but I'm telling the truth. Streetstyle sort reminds me of high school or facebook, all the (think they're entitled to things) bourgeoisie girls (who tries too hard to fit in with the mainstream) who have uppity attitude and look down on others, ppl who parents who have money (who buy all of their clothes or merchandises) who look down on poorer ppl, female who have the superficial "rap" model built, and the ones who are rich gets the most attention, but the regular ppl, real down to earth ppl, and good guys/girls get look over.

Granted, Ill admit to throwing out 10s more than I should (and I know the first comment directly addresses me lol), but I only give 10s as a way of

A.) Supporting older members who have previously proved their worth and have decided to come back to the site (Like Cherry)
B.) Newer members who post a nice article of clothing or post a nice fit

The segmented pics that Cherry posted are probably Instagram pics and most people compile their pics in the same way. It's very rare that people will take a full body pic and post it on there because the picture dimensions makes it very difficult. I probably don't take the site as serious as other people on here, because for me Streetstyle is a form of free expression through fashion. And there are plenty of other dudes on here who get 10s undeservedly. And I'm going to be bold and name a few. Aowayne? Dude had some nice sneakers but I personally busted him out on wearing fakes. Also, Hotstylez gets more 10s than he deserves, Dude's style is nice but really is nothing earth shattering. In addition, there are plenty of members who have previously been gassed in the past, dating as far back as 2009. But let's face it..its not that many members on here anymore and Kwaping hasnt changed the Ed's Spotlight in months now.

So, let's support each other by pointing out good points about their outfits but at the same time give suggestions on ways that their style can be improved. I mean, people who go out of their way to post terrible outfits should be ridiculed but there is always a positive way to give someone constructive criticism.

I respect your opinion, Its not that I take streetstyle seriously. I just called out what I noticed. I use streetstyle for inspiration and research because I want to own my fashion business one day and I use this site to gain information, that is all. I rarely give harsh criticism, that not my style. Some ppl pics I rate because ppl would not give them the time of the day. I judge pics either way like "in a real world perspective" (because I don't expect them to be streetwear or name brand head to toe, not I expect them to be over the top which typical of flashy types and fashion based ppl) or more "flashy/fashion" perspective.

I can understand that. Basically, I rate people on whether I like what they are wearing and something I consider respectable, appearance aside. I mean, someoe could post right now that looks like Alicia Keys or Keri Hilson but if the outfit is Baby Phat this and Paco that, I prefer not to rate than to rate them terribly or leave a nasty comment.
